An ex‑professional dancer, former fit model, and competitive athlete, Kelsey’s background spans high‑intensity modern Pilates, Sugarfoot Therapy education, movement coaching in Hollywood, and commercial choreography—including work for OshKosh B’gosh. Today, she channels that depth of experience into coaching high‑performing women who want to feel at home in their body.
