ABOUT KELSEY
I haven't just studied the body, I've lived the rebuild. ACL tear. Hip labrum surgery. Meniscus arthroscopy. The emotional tax of year-long recoveries, disconnection, disordered eating, and the loss of recognizing myself in the mirror so much that I've had to cover mine with a blanket because I didn't recognize her.
Those seasons taught me that healing doesn't follow a straight line and no one else can do it for you. It's mental, emotional, physical, and entirely your own. Getting back to yourself isn't about being flawless or following the crowd into a temporary trend. It's about intention, and moving 1% in a better direction everyday.
Fitness and nutrition aren't a phase, it's forever. When it's done right, it works with you through every season of life.
I blend strength training, holistic wellness, and simple nutrition into something that evolves as you do. We build foundational strength, grow muscle, balance your energy and meals, uncover your "why," and ultimately, create habits that feel natural.
I help debunk what feels overwhelming. I value discipline, but I'm gentle with the process because your body isn't something to fix. A woman's body is wise, it knows what it needs. My job is to help you listen and hopefully inspire you towards a new way of living.
