I'm Kelsey — a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who believes that eating well should be straightforward, sustainable, and honestly kind of enjoyable. No crash diets, no food guilt, no 47-ingredient recipes you'll never make twice.
My coaching is rooted in high protein, whole foods, and flexible dieting — meaning we build a framework that works for your life, your preferences, and your goals. When it makes sense, I'll coach you through macros. When it doesn't, we'll focus on habits first. Either way, you'll learn how to fuel your body in a way that actually sticks.

Nutrition-only clients receive coaching via email. Training + nutrition clients receive everything through the app — programming, nutrition, check-ins, messaging — all in one place.
Fill out a quick questionnaire so I can learn about your goals, history, schedule, preferences, and any dietary needs. Then we'll hop on a free intro call to make sure we're a good fit.
Within a few days you'll receive your personalized nutrition strategy — whether that's habit targets, full macros, or a combination. Plus recipes, resources, and everything you need to hit the ground running.
You start implementing. I start coaching. Through check-ins, meal photos, messages, and calls (depending on your tier), we refine and adjust in real time.

Nope. Macros are a tool, not a requirement. If you're in the Foundations or Guided Check-In tier, we focus on habits and goals — no tracking apps needed. If you move into Accelerate or All-In, I'll teach you how to track in a way that feels manageable, not obsessive. And if tracking isn't right for you at any point, we pivot.
In the All-In tier, yes — I build sample meal plans and meal prep frameworks tailored to you. In other tiers, I focus on teaching you how to build your own meals using my recipes and guidelines, which is honestly more sustainable long-term. You learn to fish rather than being handed the fish every week.
Everything is built around you. I'll ask about preferences, restrictions, allergies, and foods you genuinely hate during onboarding. Your plan will reflect your real life — not a generic template.
Guided Check-In is built around our weekly call — that's where the coaching happens. It's ideal if you're self-directed during the week and just want dedicated time with me to talk through goals, work through roadblocks, and get pointed in the right direction. The other tiers include more between-session support like meal photo feedback, macro coaching, messaging, and detailed nutrition programming.
Absolutely — and I'd encourage it. Training and nutrition together is where the magic happens, especially for body recomposition. When you bundle, everything lives in one app and I coach both sides as a unified plan. It's seamless.
I recommend a minimum of 12 weeks to see meaningful, lasting change. Most clients stay much longer because the results compound over time. That said, there are no long-term contracts — you stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.
Because this isn't a diet. There's no start date and end date, no foods you can never eat again, no all-or-nothing rules. We build habits gradually, celebrate the small wins, and adjust when life throws a curveball. The women who work with me don't just "finish a program" — they change how they relate to food entirely.
